The IE Domain Registry who are the registry for .ie Internet domain names have published their annual survey of 1000 Irish SME’s that measures attitudes and use of the digital tools out amongst Irish businesses.

There were some interesting results coming from this including:

  • 85% of Irish SME’s have at least one digital asset
  • 73% of SME websites are optimised for mobile devices
  • 30% of SME’s can take sales orders through their website
  • 34% of SME’s facilitate online bookings, appointment scheduling and reservations
